That was something he understood and could very well relate to. Ever since the first day, he had been told about magic by people who came from worlds where magic were prevalent. He didn't believe any of them, until he had monsters breathing fire after him in one of the castle's dungeon. He was still skeptical, as he should be when dealing with foreign subject, but he was a lot more willing to consider their possibility than to dismiss them as nonsense now. It helped that the First Aid he was taught weren't entire first aid in the conventional manner either. Even if he didn't believe in magic, everything that happened around him had said otherwise. It would be unwise if he were to continue living in denial about something that could possibly affect his own safety in this strange world.
