[ There was a scramble around the city ever since the missions went up. People attempting to help cougars move in, cats out of trees, and other simple (okay, sometimes not really) tasks to please their guild masters and help them advance in the ranks. So, there was no shock that it was a cut-throat competition out there, even when some people banded together.

Whether you play well with others or play alone, you'll probably find some company regardless of what mission. So, what exactly are you looking for? ]

[ omg g r o s s. you'd think that just killing a damn thing would mean you get to loot the carcass for body parts! not these, apparently. schmoeilz melt. or in true video game fashion, disappear in a pile of weird blue fire and spit out one or two copper pieces (which mako casually (casually, ha.) picks up off the ground like a hobo and stuffs into his pockets).

let's see how many more we gotta kill until we actually get an eye. good thing there's a mage here that can, you know, actually attack, since these things aren't quite solid enough for regular weapons and it's a magic type... great!? he's useful?

or... you can catch him getting ready to go into the castle, dressed in a deep blue mage guild coat with his scarf looped around his shoulders and the hood tugged down, fiddling with the soft leather bracers that came with the coat or checking to see if he has all the right gear in his dumb little satchel.

(spoilers, he does, he's just v detail oriented. and lame.
