What: Liangyu's Request & then meeting up with an old friend in Ironwall
When: Somewhere mid-Rosefrucht? After the Ossidia's quest mission.
Where: Somewhere in Ironwall, perhaps around Steelarm?
Rating: PG / PG-13 for smoking?
[After spending quite some time listening to the man talk, not to mention sharing a few tales of his own with him, Gandalf had departed with the intent to track down a certain hobbit as well as acquire himself a pipe and some writing materials. Writing down what he learned for later reference was likely a wise idea and it could be shared with those who chose not to visit the man.
Several minutes later, after he had managed to find and then acquire the pipe he desired Gandalf tucked it away within his robes and set about actively seeking out one Bilbo Baggins.]
