[ Before the mission, at Platmoor's side entrance...

It is Nuri's first ever mission in Goldvale. Days has passed since the great battle at PangYa Island, but the lingering sensation of that fight still lingers throughout his hands. It's making him a little numb, admittedly nervous, although he is doing his best not to let it affect him. Prior to living in PangYa Island, all of his experiences in a fight were merely sparring in a dojang.

It's been a challenging ride in PangYa Island. But this world, Reis Alurelia, feels so much bigger. Nuri knows well that he can't be pampered anymore, with no one here to hold his hand or guide him at every step like what Pipin previously did for him. That's why he determinedly huffs to himself, attempting to put on a bolder expression. ]

I... I can do this! I'm sure that I can. I have to be strong, so I wouldn't worry Hana and the others even if I'm here...

[ Huff huff!! After the moment of self-encouragement, Nuri proceeds to take a big step towards the forest. ... Not really for long, though. He collects air within his round cheeks, and turns around afterwards. It's then that he starts rummaging through his tiny backpack after swiftly taking it off. ]

Oh!! I have to make sure that I'm ready first.

[ ossidia's request, closed. @various. but primarily castle dyspros, nickelhollow, and platmoor. ]

[ Speaking of first missions, here is another. Again, it's Nuri's first time to be teamed up with others neither from his homeland nor PangYa Island. Looking much like a student excited for a field trip, Nuri keeps beaming at his two assigned teammates.

At the moment, they're right outside of Castle Dyspros, preparing before they once again enter. ]

Ehehe. Isn't this exciting? [ ♪ ] The previous mission was hard by myself, but I'm sure that it'll be better this time!

[It's rather weird when she's to choose any mission that doesn't include slaying any Aragami in particular. However, that doesn't mean that she's going to overestimate herself. Alisa experienced the worst thing of her life when she underestimated one, after all. Still, her department lies around the same side; she's always a fighter, while staying as a support line as well.

Thus why she's taking this extermination mission and is now heading to the forest as well. Honestly, she never expected to see another person, around the same age or maybe even younger than her, taking this kind of mission. He doesn't seem to be all that experienced as well, from the way he acted just now. Not that Alisa will not give her motivation, though.

After all, everyone's a baby at first.]

Don't worry, I'm sure that you can do it.

[Even here, she smiles a bit against Nuri. As a gesture to reassure him of her genuine words.]

[Nuri is easily startled at the unexpected address. He lifts his head up quickly, shortly greeted by the sight of Alisa.

She looks very pretty... In fact, she doesn't look like a soldier at all. However, Nuri isn't one to judge by the cover, especially as he's met talented girls from home. Whoever they are, Nuri usually has something nice to say about them.

Even if he's just literally met this girl now, he feels warm that she's genuinely encouraging him. She most certainly be a kind person, at least that's what he decided to believe now.]

Oh?! [He says that again as he bolts up to stand straight...] Thank you, pretty miss!

[Nuri is truthfully a slow person, but he won't be slow in noticing when it comes to the safety of others.]

But... why are you out here? You shouldn't be around here yet! There are wolves wandering about.

[This person before her, for the lack of better words, is adorable, even for someone like Alisa. Well, boys around that age mostly wants to do their best, she suppose? Alisa will give Nuri yet another smile, albeit it's smaller than the previous one.]

Oh, don't worry about me.

[Another smile as she pulls her sword out of nowhere from her side, as if to say what's her intention of being here without many words... Although she soon explains her part.]

I'm just here for a mission from my guild.

[Saying the 'guild' still seems rather off in her tongue, sadly. Since for her, Fenrir will always be the only guild for her.]

[The sword startles Nuri again, but he's manages to stay standing still this time. Well, that certainly answers everything for him.

The admiration within his eyes can only grow further as a reaction.]

Wow...! A sword like that... You must be really strong!

[Only experienced fighters can possibly wield such flashy-looking weapons. Not only that, but the young girl has that air of strength and confidence. It's as if she's already used to this... Even Nuri can tell something like that, even if he's late to notice.]

Are you here for the extermination as well?

[Well, sadly, Alisa isn't one to react all that well to a compliment, especially a direct one. There's a tint of blush by her cheeks as she put her sword back.]

Mmm... Not really. I am just a normal fighter, mediocre at best.

[Which is not a lie, considering there was someone like Soma, Lindow, and her leader that overshadowed her capabilities as a fighter. She's still taking the role as the healer perfectly, though.

At the latter question, Alisa smiles again, a little wider than the previous one.]

Yes, I am. You are in the said guild as well?

[You looks... too cute and adorable for this kind of mission as well, Nuri.]

[Being shy has its charms, too! Nuri doesn't notice though, so he remains beaming so enthusiastically.]

Really? I think that you must be strong! If you can handle missions like these so naturally...

[He's only speaking from what he notices right now. She's not displaying anything that would indicate that she's a newbie. It means she's got experience, and she already knows what to do.]

I think that's what matters the most!

[With his own smile, he's (fortunately?!) oblivious to Alisa's thoughts.]

And, I am! I'm a new recruit for Seven Titans.

[Gareki couldn't help but roll his eyes a little at how excited the kid was being.]

Watch yourself, idiot.

[The kid seemed to be sporting an arm injury. Gareki assumed that Nuri was doing something stupid when he's left on his own. It's not his job to watch out for the brat. He'll let the idiot blonde (Yogi) handle that task.

Gareki decided he'd be the one in charge of keeping track of the list of items. He'd only briefly scanned it earlier, but now there was actually time to slowly read through it. His eyes widened a bit when he reads the last bit.

"A strand of hair from a member of the Thieves guild"

...Well now.

He clears his throat awkwardly and folds the paper in half before putting it away. They can deal with that a little later.]

Let's just hurry and get this over with.

[ A mission with friends? This really did feel like home! Even though Nai or Tsukumo weren't here with him, he could feel a lot of resemblance through Nuri that was previously shown in Nai. So while he did miss his friend deeply, he still had pieces of them to remember. Nuri's clear excitement being one of them. ]

Uwaaah... well let's sure to be careful this time! Nuri-chan, you'll be sure to depend on us, okay?

[ He didn't like the look of Nuri's condition one bit, but there was little he could do with the limited healing spells any of them possessed. So instead Yogi chose to be closer to the boy's side, nodding occasionally in Gareki's direction. ]

Yes, this will be fun! What's first on the list, Gareki-kun?

Ehehe... I just slipped a little, don't worry about me! I'll be fine!

[HEROES DON'T DIE SO EASILY. At the very least though, Nuri knows better this time around. He'll do his best to be more careful... He's even happier now, because both of his teammates have displayed concern for him.

So while Nuri is holding unto Yogi's sleeve, he directs his excited glance towards Gareki... Waiting for him to state the first item on the list.]

One little slip is fatal enough. If you don't watch yourself, it could be the end of you.

[Take it from someone who's pretty experienced with situations involving life or death.]

Anyway, we have to get six schmoeilz eyes...

[So they had to kill something called a schmoeilz and pluck its eyes out. Gross, it reminded him of that Varuga that tried to gauge out Nai's eyes.]

[ Saying not to worry to Yogi is like saying Nyanperona isn't actually a cat. It cannot happen.

Still, he believes Nuri's words and will give a smile down to the boy. Confident in his abilities... but Yogi won't back down if he needs to step in.

He feels the tug on his sleeve and with a surge of excitement, will turn his attention then to Gareki. ]

Eyes!? That doesn't sound too hard, but... [ Letting his voice fade, the male will visibly shudder.

Ew??? ]

Don't worry! I'll be sure to watch myself well! And Schmoeilz eyes? [Or "Schmoeilz Eyes?"] Maybe it's not really eyes, but a name of an item?

[Somebody didn't do their homework.]

... What is a Schmoeilz, anyway?

That woman didn't say what it looked like. She only mentioned that they would be in the castle.

[Location isn't a bad start, but they needed to know what they were hunting. Luckily, Gareki isn't dumb enough to charge into anything without doing a little bit of research.]

But what we looking for are eyes. I happened to look it up before coming here. It's a blob-like creature with multiple eyes. Killing just one should be more than enough... Unless of course you end up beating it into a pulp with nothing good to take.

[ Wow Yogi did his homework... sorta. At least he has teammates to help him!

So as the male listened intently to both sides, he nods occasionally before tightening both hands into a fist. ]

Fighting one shouldn't be too hard... alright then! The sooner we get done, the sooner we complete the mission! Let's goo-!!

[ The blond takes a noticeable step forward, beckoning the two to follow. Of course he was a little scared about the monster they were going to fight, he had to be brave in front of everyone! He could do it!! ]

[ Nuri merely laughs as Yogi enthusiastically leads the way. Maybe a little drop of sweat, too. How can anyone be so happy about killing a possibly-disgusting creature? Multiple eyes... ]


[ . . . After a scenario change, the three eventually decided to separate in order to get their task quicker! This is more efficient, after all. So while Yogi went off to get the Schmoeilz eyes with Nuri, Gareki went on ahead to locate the Fesaure ahead of them. ]

[ 11:30 AM, yogi's side. ]

Have you seen the Schmoeilz yet, Yogi?

[ At the moment, Nuri is carefully trotting after Yogi. He has a strong grip on his sword mace, prepared for anything that could potentially jump at them. He knows that this is a dangerous mission, which is a good thing that he's decided to go with someone to get this done more safely. ]

[ 1:10 PM, gareki's side. ]

[ So. After killing that one Schmoeilz, Nuri decided that he's had enough of cutting monster limbs. It was a little too overwhelming for him after all, so Yogi decided to send him to Gareki's side instead while he goes after that last Fesaure.

Even though Nuri wanted to stay to help Yogi more, the older male persisted. And as a result, Nuri's safely making his way downtown, trying to locate Gareki again... Who this time was assigned to scout ahead to look for rats around the streets. ]

Um... [ His words cut off slowly as the blond looks around. He's been attentive, of course, but with no sign of it nearby Yogi can't start to help but worry. Still, he knows he has someone to protect and with the mission on the line, he can't afford to mess up now. ]

... It should be around here soon! The area where the monster is located is close. [ Still looking around, he makes a brief stop to Nuri, smiling all the while. ] Then we can meet up with Gareki-kun! I hope he's doing okay, too...

Preparation for the mission, I take? [ A voice sounds from behind the other, to which Chrom can be seen standing there clad in his regular clothes and armor with falchion and a rapier at his side. His hand is resting along the handle of one, prepared in case any wolves were to rush at him upon entering the forest, but no.. instead he finds this young man here.

The young lord looks on with a calm yet friendly look, he's been prepared since leaving, all he needed to do was take out his blade upon sight of the pesky wolves. However, he was aware of the chances of running into those that may have joined the mission as well. So he assumes this must be one of them. ]

[A tiny jolt leaves Nuri as he's once again sent standing straight, stiffly. He really should learn how to put his guard up more, if this had been a wolf instead of a person, he'd receive the first strike. He realizes this, but instead decides to shortly face his mistake with an optimistic glance. After all, learning is a good thing.

Meanwhile, he can't help but be immediately starry-eyed towards this mysterious person. He looks very professional. That pose and accent are all impressive, it's as if he met someone of high rank. That makes him feel a bit small. ... Wait, this isn't someone sent to watch his progress right?! Suddenly, this feels like a test from school.]

Ah, yes! [Getting a grip, Nuri swallows to calm himself.] I'm here to keep bad wolves away from the town!

[ Chrom waits patiently for a response, though he does raise a brow as though to nudge him to reply. When he does, the young lord looks satisfied and nods along. ] I see. Then it looks like we have the same job then. If that's the case, would you perhaps care for company? A job is easier with more in numbers and we are certainly to get it done faster too.

[ The faster, the better, from what he thinks. After all, there's nothing stopping the wolves from attacking people as well. So the quicker they are to cut them down- the safer the people will feel. ] Sorry, I didn't introduce myself. My name is Chrom. You're part of the Warrior guild too, right?

[Whoa... This elegant person is really offering to work with him! That causes his eyes to sparkle further, feeling his confidence raise up since it's always better to do assignments by group. Since they can cover each other's backs, among other things. It feels less lonely, too.]

I wouldn't mind it at all... In fact, I'd be really honored to, thank you! My name is Nuri. It's nice to meet you, Chrom-ssi!

[His accent gives away that he's not from around here, but it's harder to tell with Chrom's case. A part of Nuri hopes that they're the same, because they can relate more to each other that way. Either case is fine though, because he could finally meet a local that is polite to him for once.]

And, yes. I'm a new recruit for Seven Titans. How about you?

It's no problem, and a pleasure to meet you as well Nuri. [ Though he looks just slightly confused at the "-ssi" sound, however in another case someone addressed him with "-kun" so it must be a matter of different worlds. Which is why he doesn't question it. It hardly bothers him, it would be the same as responding to "My lord" or "Sire" and so forth.]

I see. That's right, the same goes for me. From what I understood the part of the Mission required help from the Seven Titans so it seemed like a right guess. [ Though if he was a new recruit.. ] Are you one of the new arrivals then? From within the castle? [ While some natives seem to be on the edge with people like him, Chrom holds no aggressive or distant front, only open friendliness. ]

[Nuri had a feeling, but didn't want to guess until he has confirmation. This is exactly what he wanted, so he smiles brightly at the knowledge of another guildmate.

I see, you too! I still find it really sudden... I mean, being here. But I'm doing my best to adjust. I hope that you're not having much trouble...

Well, in some way I'm use to traveling to another world, but not in this way. More so not with the idea of here being a rather long temporary stay. [ though he smiles again. ] But I'm adjusting to the best of my ability, yes. Until then, we can rely on each other if the time ever comes, don't you agree?

[ !! ] [To meet another who traveled through different worlds... Nuri's eyes quickly perk up in a certain shine. They keep having more and more similarities, which is a comforting thing to be aware of.]

I have, too... But I've only been to one other foreign world other than mine. I have a friend there who lets me travel between her world and mine, but she sadly isn't here.

[Otherwise, that friend of his could've probably done something about their situation. Or at least come up with a better theory than he ever could.]
